A Word for the Year
2021 is off to a solid start. It will certainly be different than 2020!
But then, every year has it's unexpected moments and landmark events.
One way to stay focused on the positive side of life is to pick a #word for the year. Mine is "Rejoice".
You are invited to join me in pushing past all the negative & limiting things from last year! How can you re-focus to be thankful - and celebrate - the GOOD things that are happening in your life, family and community?
This Year
REJOICE!
Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, Rejoice. Let all men know your forbearance. The Lord is at hand. Have no anxiety about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. Philippians 4:4-9*
That's a tall order - but something very timely given our present world situation(s). I notice that we are not told to "feel like it" - just instructed to act like it. Not what I want, but what God wants for me - that’s what matters. If I trust Him with the future, listen and obey, what miracles might unfold? So I have a big "project" in the months ahead!
